He performed a complete diagnostic, explained everything step by step with clarity and patience, and answered all my questions. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and why. I hired Coharbor Electric based off of their flawless Google reviews and they did not disappoint! We were having a whole RO system installed and needed to update the electric. From scheduling the appointment, receiving estimates, and installation the entire process was seamless. Robert Servino was our technician, he went above and beyond. His punctuality, communication, and customer service skills are superb! Matt did a good job installing our new bathroom fan/light. However I was disappointed that when he left the job was not complete and we will have to find some way ourselves to fix a gap in the ceiling. If what we purchased as a new fan wasn’t going to work out. I would have liked to have been informed and then made a decision to perhaps purchase something else or know we would need additional work to complete the job. Other than that, Matt was very nice and the fan works good, he was here in a timely manner. Update: They did come back and fix the problem. Alex, uninstalled the fan that was too small. Gave us the measurements. We were able to purchase another fan. Which they installed,, it looks and works beautifully. They did not charge us any additional money, which I apprecia
