tldr: friendly office staff, terrible follow through - never received service. I called COIT to get a quote for air duct cleaning, they scheduled me for within the week, and said I'd receive a call day-before from their onsite staff to set up the exact arrival window. Day-before I never get a call, so I call back day-of my scheduled appointment and office staff was very apologetic, says they'll send an email asap to their onsite crew to give me a 30-min heads up. Never received the call from onsite crew - complete no-call-no-show. So I call back and talk to another friendly, apologetic office person, who schedules another appointment another week out. Exact. This place is a disaster, absolutely appalling experience with COIT cleaners, we had contacted them to clean and repair our carpets during a house move, the guy turned up and did an absolutely terrible job on cleaning the carpets, he missed a huge patch, didn’t clean a lot of the carpet properly, he had cleaned before the repair and so said the repair work could now not be done and then asked for the money when not all of the work that we had asked for had been completed. When I spoke to the manager he was incredibly rude and just said that they would not finish the work and for his cleaner to leave, leaving the house filthy and the carpets looking terrible. Avoid this company at all costs.
