Cole Val Construction

We had Cole Val Construction build our home in 7/2021 and it was a great experience! Building can be stressful but the Cole Val team made it easy. A huge plus was that Dylan was responsive when I would call and/or text. Communication is important during the building process and having that line of communication was appreciated. Josh was great to work with also on the finance side and kept us on track so we always knew where we were at with the budget. If I was able to build another house, I would definitely go with Cole Val Construction again 😃

I built a home with Cole Val construction in 2022 and it was a very positive experience. The process was smooth and stayed on track as far as the estimates and timeline were concerned. Communicating was easy and all concerns were resolved quickly and professionally. Dylan was knowledgeable and helpful and took care of everything in a timely manor. My home is beautiful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cole Val again if I were to build another home in the future.

I love working with all the guys at Col-Val. They make sure they have all the information needed, are open to ideas out of the norms, and are always professional. They communicate very well with any issues or discrepancies in the projects. And work to get things resolved so my project can move forward. Strongly recommend!

Being a sub for Cole Val construction I can quickly acknowledge a good contractor and not so good one. Dylan is always on point will all of his homes.
