I drive a lot from Willard to Brigham and use 1200 (Perry Street). I can't believe how long you take to do the road and how bad the result is. I sent a complaint to the city. Please explain why it's not smooth and what went wrong?

took them 7 months to tear out a road and re-tar it, just for it to be uneven, wavy, and annoying to drive on. their workers almost always look like they'd rather be doing anything else. i understand not everyone loves their job, but they're giving super dirty looks to every passer by and almost always on their phones when i go passed their sites. the more and more i watch this company work, the more and more i tell myself it's a joke. hope things change for the better.

These fellers know what they are doing and they are great and easy to work with! Call them the NEXT time you want something done right! 💯

This company employs shady builders who cut corners and do not stand by their work and attempt to not honor warranties. Every time we have an issue with our house (it’s constant), it’s a pain in the neck to get it resolved. We either get the run around or complete lack of response. I’m already filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC, and reaching out to the state contractors licensing board. If you’re buying a home built by Next, just know you’re going to have issues that may not get resolved without serious action.
