This company should be investigated for theft. We were missing items that were packed in original packaging. We paid over $2000 for insurance, giving them over 17,000 total for our international move. We were told and have in email that we had 5 days to report missing items. Now they are telling us that we had to check them as the items were delivered. This task would have been extremely as there were 7 people moving boxes off the truck. It was also raining, which would have compromised my belongings. They offered us an embarrassing amount of $60 when we have lost hundreds of dollars due to missing and broken items. We declared some of these items too before they even started packing. They don’t give their employees sufficient time to complete the tasks necessary to do the job correctly.

Brian and Fiona did an outstanding job packing our home for an upcoming move. They were professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. Every box was carefully organized and labeled, and they handled our belongings with real attention to detail. Their teamwork made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this crew for anyone looking for reliable, top‑quality packers.

I was extremely impressed with Mike! He packed our entire 4 bedroom house + garage by himself in 2 days. Previous moves, it had taken 2 days and 4-5 crew members. He was extremely professional, efficient, and timely. I was very happy with the service!

All of our holiday boxes mysteriously went missing during our international move. It’s kinda strange that they were all in original packaging. Make sure you make the itemize and describe everything perfectly or you will come up short. Their insurance is a scam. I do not recommend this group. Specifically the Columbus, Georgia location. I even have the stands for the skeletons, but no skeletons. Sad that they don’t take care of their customers as promised. We also have a lot of broken items due to poor wrapping

Very professional and quick. Very friendly, they cleaned up after themselves and provided inventory for every item packed. 4th move in 12 years and our best experience yet. Thanks again!
