This was our 2nd move in 1 year, as we moved from NE Tennessee to GA and then back to our home in NE Tennessee. We spend over $20,000 combined. We had issues on both moves. Our sales person Josh was part of the problem. Both moves. The first move the issues were lack of communication with Josh. Same on the 2nd move. We let it go on the first move. On the 2nd move, when I called Josh to book, I informed him the move was basically the same inventory minus a queen bad, end table, and some patio modular furniture. They did not pack us on the 2nd move, however I did call and request packing of 4 flat screen tv's and a 60 round 2 inch thick glass table table top for my kitchen table. When choosing a company for my cross country move I felt overwhelmed. I spoke with countless companies and brokers only to feel more confused and shocked by the price of the quotes. We ended up going with a self- moving company, once our housing costs escalated. Prior to my scheduled move, the moving coordinator quoted me $100/hr with a 2 hour minimum. The week of my scheduled move, no one from the local office reached out to coordinate the pick up time and location for the move. I had to call the office myself. On the day of my scheduled move, the movers were 3 hours late arriving to the pick up location. I had to call the office again to see what was going on. My move took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. There was no type of discount offered for the inconvenience of the movers being 3 hours late. When my payment was processed, I was charged for 4 hours, not 2. After trying to reach out to both the local and national office, I wasn’t able to reach anyone who could even attempt to help with the billing issue. I tried sending a detailed email
