We hired Scott and his crew to take care of multiple repairs around our home. He & his crew were very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job on all the repairs. Before the job, Scott was careful to point out any areas where the cost might vary once they got into the wood; and also places where the paint / grout color might not exactly match the current color. In the end they did a great job of matching colors, and there was only a minor variance to the estimate due to more extensive wood rot than anticipated. I also appreciated Scott's approach to planning the job, offering suggestions that were clearly superior to my original thoughts on the project. Coleman Home Services just recently finished a huge screened in deck project for us. The owner Scott had excellent communication throughout the whole process.
