Coleman Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace went out over a very cold strech. Called the next morning and they got a technician over to the house that day. Invoice #26731 The code that was blinking on the control board was an electrical error but when the technician troubleshot the problem diagnosed it as a gas valve issue. After tapping on the gas valve a few times the furnace lite. We were charged diagnosic testing and trip fee. Two days later they replaced the gas valve and I thought we were good to go. Not so. Two weeks later the furnace went out again and the technician came back on a service call. He was able to restart it and a couple of weeks later it went out again. This time it was on a weekend and I had an emergency call put in. This time it was the same tech. that diagnosed the gas valve. He put his meter from

Our boiler stopped working on the coldest week in years (-4F this morning). I was referred to Coleman-Mitchell by one of their competitors who said great things. Paul showed up within the timeframe promised. He was polite and went straight to work while I explained our issue. With the boiler being 35+ years old, I was expecting to hear that I need to replace the unit. Paul explained the issue and was able to service and repair the unit quickly. Great service, great price. I will use Coleman-Michell again.

My family has used them for 20+ years really reliable. I used them when I bought my first house and needed my HVAC system replaced. Very reasonable prices. We always ask for Mark, he has been servicing our systems almost the entire time. Very trustworthy always tell us the truth if we need something or do not. Give him and extra day of PTO.

Great experience with Coleman Mitchell. Randy came out, gave me an honest assessment, and wasn't pushy about features I didn't need. Competitive pricing too. The installation crew knew what they were doing and got my old Rheem system swapped out for a new Carrier without any hassle. Professional guys, made sure everything was working right before they left. Definitely recommend.

Just had an annual service check of my 24 year old carrier furnace originally installed by Coleman-Mitchell. Service Rep (Paul) was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Paul introduced me to their annual Comfort Club annual maintenance program and I signed up without hesitation it’s a good deal. I will be requesting Paul for my Spring/Summer AC check. Coleman-Mitchell customer since 2002.
