College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Bel Air

After a few years of hiring this company, it’s time I left a review. They have ALWAYS made an effort to accommodate my schedule where reasonably possible. Every team member has showed up ready to work, with a positive attitude. Their attention to detail, customer service, and hard work are why I continue to use this service. On many occasions, these guys have moved aquariums for me, ranging from 4ft to 8ft in length. Aquariums are heavy and very delicate - if they can do that, they can do anything!

It was my first time using this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again! Lamar and Kyle got the job done quickly and efficiently and were so nice. I was happy to hear that my furniture could be donated rather than dumped as junk. For the labor part, we had several heavy pieces of furniture to move around within the house, including upstairs. The price was more than fair and I'm so happy with the end result! I like to keep my floors very clean, and was so grateful they took their shoes off as well (there's a lot of snow and mud mush that can be tracked in right now). Such fantastic service.

Tim, Robert, and Joshua were awesome movers. They were very fast and careful. So kind and patient as well when we had a slight delay at our destination. A great crew, easy setup, good price. Can’t ask for more.

After all these years of working wit them I finally realized I owe them a review — they are fantastic. Every time I’ve hired them, the service has been excellent, and my most recent move in Baltimore really proved just how good they are. We recently hired College Hunks Hauling Junk for a small furniture move from my in-laws' home in Owings Mills to our home in D.C. While the experience ultimately ended well, there were several challenges along the way. Upon arrival, the movers had a noticeable odor of marijuana. While this is not illegal, it did come across as unprofessional & inconsiderate. One of the movers asked for a walkthrough to see what needed to be moved, but when we provided details about the furniture—such as the removable top of a bar—he became visibly irritated, as if the information was unnecessary.
