I have to tell you Collier Electric, LLC. He has never let me down. They show up when they say they will and the results of using them have always been extremely professional.

I was given a verbally bound quote from Collier Electric which they refuse to honor. They're stating that the quote was for old work of fixing a faulty outlet that they installed (the charge for this has been removed). When in fact the quote was for new work of installing a cable outlet. They also installed an electrical outlet saying that I requested that as well when I did not. There is also no proof of me requesting that second outlet. The receptionist was very rude to me saying basically 'too bad'. She told me "if someone said they'd give you a million dollars would you believe them?" & "oh well, take it as a life lesson" later that day she left me a voicemail saying to call her back and when I did she was very short and told me "we're sending you a letter and handling it that way" I s

The only electricians we use across our whole campus! Dependable and here in emergencies when we need it!

Very poor value for service. Expect to pay $30 per foot for wire, in addition to the labor cost. 4 hours labor and I was billed for 6.

Excellent customer service. The technician talked to me plainly and explained everything that needed to be done without talking down to me due to my lack of knowledge.
