Very good experience from sales, installation and follow up. Did exactly what was promised. Talked to several contractors and these guys have great pricing, brand name equipment and skilled workers. Very happy with our new system.

I would look elsewhere. I had these guys out to repair a few heads and drip pipes. They charge by the hour so they spend a good amount of time doing their job. They installed and tested and after a few cycles, one of the heads was still broken so I called them back and they replaced that head which perhaps was missed the first time. No big deal. Then we had a month of severe weather in May June and I didn’t put the sprinkler on. When I did one after the other the connectors for the drips kept coming off. I called them up and they would only warranty their service for 30 days. I had another guy come around and we literally replace one connector and the other would pop out. I would look elsewhere because they don’t stand behind their work. I told them the last technician didn’t do a go

I’ve had these guys for 9 years now and they gave me the best pricing at the time of install and have always showed up when service is needed. If the problem wasn’t fixed or missed the first time they always have come back to make it right and have even sent there supervisor out to check on some issues. Pipes break, equipment sometimes fails as with any electronics now days but the important part for me is someone picking up the phone and doing whatever it takes to solve the issues at that time. These guys have always showed up when needed and a special thanks to there field supervisor who has always gone above and beyond to help with our system.

Collin County Sprinkler installed an entirely new sprinkler system for me. Today was the final walk through with Preston. Communication throughout the entire experience was exceptional. I sought a quote and within 3 hours Preston contacted me. He quickly set up an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and walk me through all the phases of what the new sprinkler system installation would entail. At the conclusion he provided an estimate that was within my budget and more than fair when compared against the other estimates I received. The team was here within a reasonable period and finished all outside work in one afternoon.
