Excellent Service. I found Collins on my Google Search. As a life long area resident, I don't think I had heard of this business. After reading the reviews I decided to call and schedule a service call to repair our washer. -- Wow, someone actually answered the phone! I gave them the details about my washer and was told they could have a person out to me the next day. Great. I set the service call for after 1 PM as I had another appoinment in the morning.So the next dayI received a call from Trever asking if he could come earlier and I said yes because my appoinment was canceled. Trevor arrived right on time and got to work on the washer immediately. The issue was found and he had the parts to make the repair - imagine that in this day. When our refrigerator decided to stop working overnight, I didn’t want to call the previous company we had used for a repair after having a bad experience with them. I went out on a limb and gave Collins a call. Over the phone, I was treated so kindly and was surprised to hear that they could send someone over to take a look within a few hours. Trevor was our tech and he was amazing! So kind and informative. He was efficient in identifying the issue and making the needed repair. We will forever call Collins for any future repairs!

Had a service technician (Christian) out to diagnosis my washer. Very polite and professional. Explained the problem in term I could understand. Decided to get a new washer. Went to there Barberton location and a very helpful young lady helped me pick out a new washer. It gets better. It was delivered the same day as my work schedule is just horrible. Trevor was very polite and professional thru the whole delivery. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

My washer went out this past weekend. I called Monday and even with the work shortened week they were able to get a Tech out to me Tuesday morning. Trevor looked my washer over and said easy fix. It's an older Sears Kenmore and he had the needed parts in his truck, very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.
