Highly recommend. As a person who is not all familiar with home maintenance Collin’s comfort put me at ease. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was awesome. Jacob was great! He came out for maintenance and identified some issues with one of my hvac units and gave me options on how to proceed which were extremely helpful. Jacob was able to get the zone board the same day and replace it for me to ensure I had heat on this frigid night. He made recommendations for my air filters and explained what was going on in terms I was able to understand. The pricing was fair and the service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend.

Coming home to a freezing house is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Thankfully, Collins Comfort Solutions came to my rescue. Jacob arrived within 30 minutes of my call and quickly ruled out my furnace being the problem. He discovered the real problem when he noticed the gauge for my underground propane tank registering zero. Jacob’s professionalism and kindness turned a scary situation into a manageable one. We’ve had the same HVAC service person for 15 years, but he is no longer working. I was concerned about finding someone else who didn’t try to upsell me any and everything. After being away for a few days, I returned home to a house with no heat. The thermostat read 52°. Since my furnace was only two months old, I immediately called Collins Comfort Solutions for help. Within 30 minutes, Jacob arrived at my home. He quickly confirmed that the furnace itself was working properly, but noticed that the gauge on my underground propane tank read zero, even though it had been about 85% full in November. Jacob said the loss of propane had to be caused by either a leak in the tank or a faulty regulator. I then called the propane company. Jacob was professional and caring during a very stressful situation.
