Collins Septic Tank Service

Have to share this "restore faith in humanity" story🥹 Many of you know we lived in a camper for a little over a year while we were building. We had to have our black tanks pumped monthly, so we hired Collin's Septic Service. Mr. Collin's and his son came rain, snow or shine any time we called them. They are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Our girls would wait at the tiny window on the side of the camper to give them their money every time they came. They quickly became friends and looked forward to "the poopy guys🤣🤪" coming. Once we moved into the new house the girls started praying for them nightly, and I don't think they've missed a single night of asking God to watch over them. We called at 5pm yesterday and he came out this morning. Super nice and very professional. Roto rooter told me I needed blueprints and he came out and found It no problem. Will definitely use them again!!

Mr. Collins is a great guy very nice and a great personality and will tell you what need to fix a line and tell you how so you can save money. Hes always extremely polite and caring. I have never used anyone else. I would recommend him to everyone. Hes on time and if he can he'll fit you in between pumping jobs. Great guy!

While we weren't able to do business due to a steep driveway, these people really impressed me. They called as promised, and even took time to drive all the way out to see if there was anyway he could do the work. It got better when he called me! He said that he was very sorry but he wasn't able to service our tank, and then gave me a recommendation to someone else in the business who could help. In my opinion, and after 40+ years of customer service, these people are very professional.

5 stars!!! We called with a small emergency of an overflowing septic at 8am...they were here and pumping within 2 hours (at least 45 minutes travel time). Polite and did their job with no issues. Helped solve an issue and spent more time pumping out the runoff water after they already pumped out the septic. Great service!! 5 stars and will use them every time we need it pumped out!!!
