Major mud issues due to poor grading and property development. . They refused to admit there was a problem and would not fix or help with getting it fixed. I will tell everyone I can, not to purchase property from this builder until ALL grading issues are FIXED prior to closing. They promised me for 5yrs it would be corrected but it never was! Poor excuse for a contractor and now I am out over $4,000 for all the work that needed to be done to get it corrected.

Following one of their trucks today, June 1st through Pittsboro and they threw a fast food bag out of the window. That tells me all I need to know.

I picked up a nail from one of their construction sites and they acted like they didn't know what it was even though I have the screw from their construction site. The man I spoke to was rude and told me to take it up with the other business trying to throw the blame off on the other business that's not a construction business
