I just finished a 15 month insurance claim that involved significant work to address storm damage. It should not have taken that long but I blame that mostly on my insurance company (adjuster). In the end, the roof was completely redone to include the foundation, all of the siding was replaced, and some window’s were replaced. CCI also did some additional wood and trim work for me that was outside the scope of the insurance claim. Here’s what I can say about CCI: 1. Extremely Professional - every person on the team, especially Tyler who over a year and change became a trusted advisor for me. 2. We first hired Colonial Contracting Inc to do a full roof replacement for us in 2020, working with our insurance and supporting us through the claim process. Recently I noticed that some of our rakeboards (original to the house, almost 40 years old!) were rotting and I reached out to CCI to see if we could work with them again because we had been so satisfied. They promptly sent a team to assess, measure, and provide an estimate with a few options that we could pursue. Once we signed, the installation process was so quick! The install team arrived promptly and worked efficiently, cleaning as they went. We opted for the PVC material and it makes our exterior look so fresh and clean! The next time we need exterior home repairs or replacements, CCI will be our first stop!

Colonial Contracting was great to work with to have my roof replaced. They walked me through several rounds of discussions with my insurance company on covering roof replacement and certainly earned my business through their effort, knowledge and patience. Eric and team were great to work with, kept me informed the whole way and did an excellent and timely job of installing the roof.

Colonial Contracting did a great job on our roof. They communicated every step of the way and did exactly as contracted. Tyler was on site during the entire job and made sure the install was done right. The crew was careful with the removal of the old roof and debris around our property. Highly recommend.

I have used Colonial Contracting several times to replace doors and repair my roof when a tree fell on it. It’s always a pleasure working with them , from the manager, Joe, and the crews that were sent. They are always on schedule and make sure the job was done right. If I ever need my roof replaced they will be the first company I call. I would highly recommend using them.
