I am in the process of building a small lake house in upstate New York. I am originally from the area where I am constructing but I now live out of state. Initially I was skeptical about not being physically present when the asbestos demolition of the old structure needed to take place (forgetting how stringent NYS laws are). Don from Colonial Environmental put my worries at ease and did a superb job of demolition and cleanup. He was in constant communication about the time line and the cost. An honest, professional and efficient organization. The office staff was also easy to get ahold of to answer any additional questions. I was very pleased with their service.
