Yet, an appointment was scheduled for a pest control estimate and potential treatment day of. They tried canceling on the day of. Terrible customer service and communication. Went to them based on a recommendation from a family member. I took off work 3 times for them to just cancel 30 minutes prior to my service. They also messed up billing, trying to charge for services that were not completed. Took multiple phone calls to get it fixed and they acted like I was the problem. We canceled future services with them. Would never recommend
