The service techs were terrific! My only very minor issue was that they didn't have those disposable shoe covers to prevent the mud and water from getting on my white carpet and hardwood floors. They were both friendly, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I have a Lennox heat pump, which is not very common these days. Thank YOU for diagnosing and repairing my furnace!!!

The humidifier system had plugged up and water was not draining. Colonial was able to fix it and provide a better method to drain. Customer service was outstanding with the repair person responding as promised and work completed in a timely manner. We have used Colonial for a number of years and never been disappointed. They will remain our preferred contractor for any future repairs or service.

The repairman name is Ronnie I give him five stars because he was an excellent repair guy he showed up early before my appointment was even halfway through and he also took care of the problem less than 20 minutes got a good guy a very professional and well-minded employee thank you Ronnie I appreciate you. You did an excellent job. And I would recommend all my friends to get on the DTE program to be involved with you guys also.

Great company. I called dte for home protection plan today and they came out within 2 hours and already have my part coming in. And returning tomorrow to fix it. They sent me Brandon P and he is a very nice gentlemen and very respectful and knows his stuff. Also the ladies in the office were very nice and professional. I will be using them for future service if needed. Support your local business always.
