Colonial Interiors Paint & Floor Covering

I’m completely disappointed in the purchase of lifetime flooring with Colonial Interiors. I called multiple times in January and February about the repairs needed to my floors. I went there personally 3 times. I spoke with Josh, twice. He stated they had 8 employees out with COVID-19 and that was why I had not even received a return phone call. On my next call, I was told I was on the list for the next week for scheduling. As I stated, this began in January. It is now September and they have still not returned a call to my 5 calls and 3 in person store visits. I thought when I purchased floors, for an entire new build, this was a company that stood behind their lifetime warranty. They did not! The pictures show the separation in the flooring. I did say this house was built in 2017. Five

These people know what they are doing! High quality products with knowledgeable & professional advice and guidance. I could not be happier with my new floors! Josh was excellent and everyone in the store was willing to help if he was not available. Highly recommend!

We are having a large shower completely redone, every crew have been prompt and friendly. I have never seen a project go more smoothly, I would recommend them in a heartbeat

This is the first time I used a store that was not one of the big 3 stores. Colonial Interiors provided me with great service installing my carpet. The installers were extremely professional and they did an excellent job. I would recommend Colonial Interiors to anyone needing floor coverings

Don't Want Your Business. Been trying to get some shutters. Went to Colonial on a recommendation. Owner said son handles shutters but, he is out of town and he would call me on Monday. Thursday no word so, I called them. He, owners son Josh, was at a job site. Person that answered my call said she would leave message for him to call. Never heard from him. This must be a thriving business that no longer needs new business. I now am looking elsewhere. Wasn't a good recommendation
