Colonial Marble and Granite

Rita and John were very nice and I was ready to give a 5. Problem is the threshold piece I ordered must have broken along the way; it was glued together and buffed shiny. I didn’t notice; the installer did. I already paid the installer and I live in NJ so, even though you can see the crack, I had no choice but to use it. I think it would be reasonable for me to get at least a partial credit. See attached. Thank you.

We had a fabulous experience with Rita. From the moment we arrived Rita’s assuring guidance was just what we needed. We never felt she was pushing us. We bought a white quartz countertop, backsplash tiles and an under-mounted sink. We had a specific idea of what type sink we wanted. She showed us options of what they had in the store. She walked us through the process and gave us a great price $500 less than everywhere else we looked. Templating and installation was a breeze. Everyone was punctual and professional.
