The operator here does a consistently poor job. On a regular basis, one of the exit stations is out of commission, going dark without any sign indicating that it isn’t working. The customer then has to drive to the opposite side of the parking garage in order to exit. On the occasion when I pressed the button to request assistance, the remote attendant was unhelpful and hung up. 👎
