My oven igniter switch broke few weeks ago, the service man came over today with new part. He serviced switch within a hour and now my oven will cook a 16 pound turkey on Thanksgiving this Thursday! I gave 4-star because it was expensive for me.

My gas cooktop was making a clicking sound so I googled it and did what was suggested. Afterwards all the burners were making the clicking noise! I called Colonial Appliance Repair and they asked me for the model and serial number. I had trouble finding it but I did and they came today. JR checked all the burners and explained that the clicking sound is normal and there’s nothing wrong with the cooktop. The best part is that he charged me less than I expected. I’m now a customer if I need their services again!

Our 32 year old GE refrigerator started leaking water and the Kenmore washer wouldn't work at all. JR from Colonial Repair fixed both in less than an hour. I highly recommend him. My father-in-law said he had used Colonial when JR's father ran the business.

I called Colonial on Thursday and the repair man called and came on Friday as I was told. When he came in, he looked at the stove, turned off the circuit breaker, to the stove, took the face plate off and looked at it. He proceeded to take it off and the went to his van, returning with the part he needed. When he had everything back together, my issued was resolved. I had a problem with this stove once before and called a recommended repair service. The first time they looked and said they didn't have the part with them. They came back only to discover the ordered the wrong part. The third time, over a week later, they got the issue fixed. One time vs three times and one day vs almost 2 weeks, Colonial Repair deserves 5 stars in my book. No question who I will call for.my next appliance re

Great customer service. Quickly setup an appointment and had my refrigerator fixed promptly. Technician came and diagnosed it,ordered the part and had it all repaired within a few days from the initial phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast and honest appliance repair. They have a lifelong customer in me.
