Parking in NYC is usually chaos, but this garage made it easy. The staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Quick check-in and checkout, clean facility, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car here. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, stress-free experience in the city.

Terrible experience. Paid $55 for just 90 minutes of parking, which is already outrageous, but the service made it even worse. The attendant was extremely rude and aggressive. During a normal conversation, he almost snatched my credit card from my hand, making us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This completely ruined our visit to NYC, especially since we were visiting from Massachusetts. I would not recommend this parking place to anyone. There are plenty of other garages—avoid this one.

This parking facility exhibits fraudulent practices. The price list clearly states $43 for two hours. I ensured I arrived within that timeframe, yet no staff were present. After waiting nearly half an hour, an employee finally appeared and demanded $65 for three hours of parking. I politely explained that I had only parked for two hours. He rudely insisted that the system indicated $65 and that I was obligated to pay that amount. I pointed out that I would only pay for the two hours, questioning why I should bear the cost of his absence during operational hours. He provided no explanation and threatened to charge me $75 if I refused to pay. He claimed he would call the police or allow me to do so, then closed the parking gate and attended to other matters, leaving me waiting for another 2
