I stopped by color tile on a Saturday to choose kitchen tile. Both Tony & Kayla were the perfect amount of help. They each had the info we needed and provided the right amount of space to shop and to choose the tile & the grout. After we confirm price and square footage, we will be able to place our order. William was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right tile in the best size with the right technical specifications for a difficult outdoor tile project. I never felt rushed and most importantly he listens to you to make sure you find the best option for you at the best price no matter how long it takes (or how many times you change your mind! LOL). The store is welcoming and spacious with tons of flooring options.

Honestly, I avoided Color Tile because my perception was that they would be too expensive for our modest project. So like so many other people we bounced between the big box stores never liking anything enough to make a purchase. We would clearly be settling for something we both didn’t really love. After some convincing and some wasted trips across the valley every weekend we headed for Color Tile. I was expecting over priced tired old designs from a free standing tile store that’s been in the valley for years. We walked in the doors and I was legitimately shocked. Everything was incredible. My original experience with the young woman that helped me there was fairly good. It’s kind of overwhelming to go in there and see all those options. She wasn’t pushy. When I went back to select a tile, I asked for bids on two. The young man who helped me was not helpful. First of all, he insinuated that an owner of a house cannot buy tile without a tile layer. He would not give me an estimate without my tile layer, calling them. I’ve laid my own tile many times. All I wanted was a bid for how much the tiles work would cost to compare them. He was actually rude and insinuated that if I wasn’t having a professional tile layer do my tile then there were something wrong. I will not go back there.

Secondly, we selected some very difficult laminate in terms of its complexity of style/color variation.
