Colorado Decks Plus built an extraordinarily beautiful deck to replace an old, deteriorating deck. Anthony and his crew did an amazing job of building exactly what I wanted, Clint really helped in selecting materials and putting the whole job together, and in the end the deck exceeded all expectations.

I am selling my house and the home inspector who completed the house inspection was a bit overzealous in the way that he described the deck issues including alleged rotting of support joists. I needed to address the situation in an urgent fashion and was referred to Colorado Decks from an acquaintenace. I am so glad that I made the call and connected with Reese. He came out to inspect the deck the very same day. Although there maybe potential repairs needed in the future, the deck was deemed structurally sound and did not need any work done at this time. Reese provided me with an honest evaluation and also a very detailed and fair quote to replace the deck in the future. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and saved me thousands of dollars on the house negotiations with the seller.

We are so happy we used Colorado Decks Plus! Clint and his team were incredible throughout our deck and patio paver project. The site manager, Nick, kept the communication lines open so we were updated on what the status of the project was. The installers, Connor and Nolan, were clean, professional, always picking up after themselves and super friendly. We had an odd shaped area that used to be a sandbox/play area for the grandkids. We wanted to turn it into a patio with pavers. The project was a strange one because of the brick cement border and the slight slope of the yard. They worked with us to get exactly what we had asked for. The project turned out beautiful, top quality, and will last for many years.
