Absolute hacks who don’t know how to properly install Kerdi products. If you want leaks and mold, they are the best tilers to reach out to! This was their repair for a leaky shower which doesn’t follow any standards. They also spot in tile to ‘level it’ which is not an approved method. What an absolute joke of a company. Could have had my 10 year old cousin do it with better results.

We will not work with this company again. Get a detailed bid in writing and understand the limits of what this company will and will not do. If you only need flooring installed, they may be okay. Visiting the showroom was great and the materials we selected were good. However, the project PM showed up at our house to start work with no advanced notice. We scrambled to get furniture moved off an entire floor of our house. They helped us find a plumber quickly. The project seemed to move along okay until the end. The final invoice was 3k over the bid and was sent without any details. When I asked why, the accountant said it was for a floor repair. My home warranty company hired Colorado Floor Company to replace roughly 4,000 square feet of carpet in my house. We have been through 2 years of nonstop repairs from a serious water leak that caused black mold. So, when a company sends out an install team that is as professional and as polite as Javier, it needs to be recognized! I am very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail!

My experience picking out things were great. It wasn't until the work was done that I realized they were not qualified to do it. I've had nothing but problems with them. You would think with thier over pricing they would at least attempt to do a good job. The owner sat in my house and lied to my face. When they are suppose to come and fix one of their many mistakes they either never call or show up. We were forced to pick our stuff from them because we built with lennar who uses them. Almost all my neighbors have complaints about them. I could go own, but all I can say is run and never use this family owned business.
