Colorado Modular Homes

This place is only open on Saturdays by appointment. I called and was told that they had other people scheduled for appointments and feel free to stop by, they would be open 10-4. We showed up around 11 and nobody was there. It was a long drive from Longmont for nothing.

The associates on email was nice but I wished they had the starting prices listed on their newer homes. They only had them on the website of a few selected older model. I also asked for a specific home model and all they did was give me a range of $400 to 900k for all their homes. What is standard and optional on their homes were also not listed. I guess I will see if it is included with the catalog when it is received or just consider a resale. It seems easier to buy.

Very very few options under $300K. We need more options that are not contemporary style homes.
