Colorado Pool & Spa Scapes | Aspen

I am based in Texas but lucky enough to work in Aspen. We needed a hot tub for our property and we found Colorado Pool and Spas. We were able to select a hot tub exactly how we wanted and coordinated delivery, install and set up… all remotely. The process couldn’t have been smoother. We arrived to a brand new hot tub that is amazing. We couldn’t be happier. Barret and his team were top notch. We are now using them for the bi-monthly check ups which ensures owning a hot tub in Aspen will never be a hassle. Thank yall!

I bought and had installed a new Sundance Spa last year using Colorado Pool and Spa Scapes. I knew the company well from working with them in the past. The entire process from the initial shopping stage to the installation went smoothly. Subsequent support has been very strong. I definitely recommend them!

Absolutely terrible communication skills. Took a few days to hear back after my initial vm regarding new service. Then I finally made an appointment through Alysse, but unfortunately didn’t get it transferred into my calendar so I then tried calling and texting her back to confirm the day and time. You would think that doing so 4 days in advance would do the trick but she never returned any of my multiple texts and voice mails? Finally, on the day of the service, I got a text less than an hour before they wanted to come. When I asked why nobody ever called or returned my texts I was told that it was my fault that I didn’t get it in my calendar properly. I guess the customer isn’t always right, Alysse is…

Horrible....they will promise you the world. No service after the sale. They don't even have parts or even stock chlorine to support their products. DO NOT BUY A SUNDANCE IF YOU LIVE IN EAGLE CO! STAY AWAY! The worst customer service and by far a very weak supply chain. Purchase elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

Great company. Had a new hot tub installed with a crane- went great. Repairs on my pool have been good too
