Company produced, installed, and sent photos of grave marker at Yuma Pioneer Cemetery in a very timely and professional manner. I particularly like how they could do this while I lived in Florida. Looking forward to seeing in person this coming Memorial Day.

Doug is the kindest & caring person. He did an amazing job on my mom's headstone it looks beautiful. And you can't find headstones at a lower price anywhere else around or online...go see Doug!

Our son passed in April of this year.His headstone was ordered shortly after his death. We were told his headstone would arrive in November. It didn’t arrive. Then I called and was told by Christmas it would be there. Christmas has come and gone. No headstone. It is December 29th and my sons grave sits with nothing more than a small marker on paper with his name, birthdate and date of his death. I now wish I had dealt directly with a company instead of letting Memorial gardens place the order with CRS&G. This has only added the heartbreak of loosing our son.

I contacted them with a request of ordering 2 head stones. They said they would have pricing and mock ups in a few days, it took a week of emailing them to finally get back to be. Still went back and forth for another week I finally got pricing and They said they would send me mock ups on june 18th it's been almost a month and still no contact. The gentleman seemed nice but customer service is pretty bad. It shouldn't take me continually contacting a business to get a response.

My experience was excellent, Doug took the time to explain and show me different types on the gravestone made for my mom. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.
