I had baking soda on top of a bleach stained carpet so I thought it was impossible to get my carpet looking back to brand new and would have to replace the entire carpet. I never knew it was possible for someone to be able to get rid of such stains until I came across color carpets. I am most definitely impressed with the results. Frederik is a magician. Chris did an amazing job on our customer's fine Persian rug—possibly Farahan Sarouk. This rug was a really unique piece that had some puppy accidents over the 100+ years. It was about 11' x 15' and had multiple areas that had been discolored from the urine in addition to some sun fading. Chris managed to maintain the abrash and originality of the rug and not make it look like the areas were just painted over. Really amazing work in addition to being very responsive and timely. I am already looking at so many rugs thinking how they can benefit from this color restoration service.

They destroyed our carpet, broke our pool table and air hockey Machine, and left us with stained baseboards and tiles that also now have to be repainted and regrouted. We were completely misled about what they could do. The technician who stained the carpet was very courteous and was disappointed that, in his words he took our carpet from an A- to a D-. The owner came out, apologized for the carpet being messed up, promised to make it right, and then later emailed that he was not going to do anything at all to make the situation right. If you have a large basement with a lot of carpet that is in pretty good shape that you want to have any previous stain that you have removed, highlighted and your carpet blotched and ruined, this company is exactly what you are looking for.
