I have been using The Neat Nest Team for over 3 years at 2 different houses. They are always on time, the girls are professional and happy. The cleanings are thorough and consistent. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with their services and impressed by the attention to detail that this company provides. They also use green cleaning products and it smells nice and fresh. The Neat Nest is THE Best!!! Highly recommend them!!!

The Neat Nest Maids is an absolutely non responsive company. I visited their Clarksville office three times over four days and is never open. Their office building appears more like a store room from the window than a commercial office. Left multiple messages and never a call back to include phone and email. Giving a one star rating to Neat Nest Maids is being nice.

Their price is reasonable, the teams of women who come are polite and friendly, and they leave my house sparkling and smelling fresh.
