would strongly advise others not to waste their time or money on this company. They are difficult to communicate with, unresponsive, and unprofessional in the way they handle customers. The management appears disorganized and lacks accountability. Instead of resolving concerns respectfully, they respond with rudeness and dismissiveness. Based on my experience, the company does not value customer service, professionalism, or basic courtesy. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

I unfortunately had a Colt truck pulling a tar trailer merge in front of me on the highway, splattering my windshield and front end with tar. After being unable to wash it off and having tried multiple other products (Goo Gone, WD-40) and no luck, I called Colt for their recommendation on how to remove it, assuming they deal with tar on their work trucks. I got through on my first call, but the lady said she’d need to have someone call me back - no one did. A week later, I call and leave a voice message - no callback. A third message and a month later and still no callback. If you’re looking for a company with reliable communication especially when things go wrong, you’re going to be ignored by Colt. And to Colt, consider securing your load on the highway.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Colt concrete! Steve brown The manager over there is great. This company gave my company Watco backflow a chance today. To test there backflows. I do want to thank you all for that.

Wow these guys are amazing!! We had a fairly large concrete and asphalt job done by them. They did everything they said they would do, how and when they said they would do it. Thank you Colt Concrete!!!
