Said they would call back. Never did. They came highly recommended, for some reason. Word of mouth goes both ways. Pretty sure they intentionally don’t answer calls from repeat callers. You’d be insane to do business with people who work so hard to drive you away. Zero stars. Does the boss know how the wife is handling things in the office?

We had an electric emergency that could've resulted in a house fire. They started immediately and did a great job. My family is safer and protected, thanks Colten Electric.

I heard they were a great Company through people through out the valley. But when you say you are gonna call me back and I babysit my phone all day expecting a call back. Even if you were to busy. I expect a call or text back. Sad, But I will try again, 3 times a charm!!!!

2nd time Givin the run around. Called this company asking for help 6 years ago and every time I called they said they would show up that day until weeks past and hired out of area electrician. My neighbor over a month ago had work done and I asked for a quote. After accepting and giving my phone number I was told around 2 weeks but not a specific day. Over a month has past and I once again went elsewhere. I don't understand why these people have to jerk people around if you don't want the work just say so as I don't expect a professional business to treat people like this.
