Mark and Davis were AWESOME!!! In our case, it was an emergency. Our hot water heater had a leak in it that could not be fixed, so we needed a new one. I called in the morning, they came that very same day, early afternoon, with a brand new one, did their thing, and hauled off the old one. Very professional, courteous, and price was great too! I highly recommend these folks!!!

Didn't share that there would be a call fee when I set the appointment. Came and looked at 2 of my minor concerns (verbally told me what I could do which is what I asked him if he could do for me because at the time I had not moved in and didn't have my own tools) and wrote off my major concern. Accidently pulled a door hinge out of the wall which may not have been strong to begin with but still insists he did something for me.

They pointed me in the right direction for getting set up with the state for utipity assistance even though it took away from their short term income. Very commendable in my opinion

They replaced my water heaters with one on-demand water heater. They were way less than the other companies I called and they came quickly. We were exceptionally happy with our service.
