Schedule an appointment and they never show up nor attempt to contact you as they try to claim to samsung.

Tony, my technician, was awesome. The overall process was great. I called Samsung to repair my dryer and they got me in touch with the company. They were able to book my appointment the next day. The tech gave me a call within 30 minutes of his arrival and it was just a pleasant experience all around. I’m a pleased client. Thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They had been to my house once before and “ fixed” my washer. Two weeks later it was smoking. They had to order parts and on the day they were suppose to come (a week later) they cancelled at the time of the appointment. When I asked why the said it was because they had to go to different areas. This was a lie. When I called to speak to the owner to complain they hung up on me while I was on hold. This company has no integrity and their rating of a 2.6 is way too high. Poor customer service and obviously not reliable.

Four no call/no shows to fix my Samsung dryer. When someone came out they said the problem was my electric outlet and I needed to have an electrician repair it. I paid $260.00 to an electrician just so he can tell me there was no issue with the outlet or the current. I forwarded the info to Bene Tech and now they won't return my calls or texts. It's no wonder they have a D+ rating with the BBB.

We called Bene yesterday and they gave us a time frame to come out today. The tech called and gave an arrival time, and arrived on time. Our son’s Samsung dryer would not run. Tony arrived, quickly determined the problem, and repaired the dryer in approximately 20 minutes. He gave us a fair invoice, and left. We could not have received any better service.
