The team at CPP is dedicated to helping out our Projects with quick turnarounds and competitive prices. So long as I keep reaching out to them for support they are reliable, but it would be nice if they were more communicative on where they were at in the precast and shipping process.
I have worked with CCP for several years now. Their customer service and project management is top notch. They are my go to for complex vaults, manholes, catch basins, etc. They stay on top of your project needs and make sure you are taken care of. On the rare case something does go wrong they make every effort to correct it immediately.
Great concrete but customer service has really taken a turn for the worse. Missing ship dates and being rude about it isn't what I'm looking for in a vendor. Hopefully they can pull it together and get some better project managers in there that are able to respond with more than one sentence answers.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made my first time nervousness disappear instantly.
Can be extremely difficult to deal with. Not good client customer relationship effort at all.
