I called them to repair the leaking water filter housing. Upon arrival they were professional and repaired the water filter assembly and associated lines to standard. Very good work. He also instructed my daughter on the process to replace the filter. Thank you for helping my daughter. I am very appreciative.

My experience with Parrot Plumbing was excellent! I worked with Austin and his customer service was superior. We had leaks in faucets we couldn’t access and he was able to easily fix those leaks, and replaced faucets and old plumbing. Everything works perfectly. His communication was excellent! He kept me updated all the time of when he would be there when the parts would arrive. I’ve never had a Plumbing service provide such excellent customer service. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He cleaned up after his work and I couldn’t even tell he had been there it was so clean. We will use Parrot Plumbing for all of our plumbing issues. Austin has taken care of us twice and treated us excellently! The first time, the leak was something that doesn't actually need repaired and he didn't even charge us since he "only" came out and identified the issue we needed to adjust to prevent future leaks. Today, he squeezed us in with only 24 hours notice before a holiday and i know he was busy. We love supportung local, family-owned businesses and this one definitely delivers. Parrot plumbing will be our first call from now on!

Came same day within scheduled window, upgraded our system to a tankless one in just under 4 hours, and cleaned up everything before leaving. We appreciated Brit and Austin blending everything in and hiding the cords and making sure it all looks nice as well. Thanks for the great work guys!!! 🦜
