Columbia Sheet Metal INC-WA

Let me start off saying that the quality of the work is fantastic, it’s the office that I have a big beef with. I purchased a larger order and each piece came out to be $20.50. We were short an item so I asked if they could create one more. The gentleman in the shop said “yeah that’s not an issue it will just take a few minutes to knock out and we can have it ready in the morning.” I showed up to pick up the item and they charged me $206.06! They said that it took two hours to make. The guy in the shop said it was a few minutes. Do you see were there’s a discrepancy. I’ve included a picture of my invoice. Make sure you get everything in writing from the company

I have used Columbia sheet metal in the past for an array of different jobs. They were typically very responsive, and quick turn around for estimates. This has not been the case over the past several months. They made a change with front office folks and you can tell the level of customer service has dropped off considerably. I've been told , "Oh I've forwarded this over to our estimator, he'll be there next week...". That sounds reasonable, other than the fact that it's been over a month now with the same story. I think I have actually never given an online review and I hope that Columbia Sheet Metal gets it together because I have an inclination that I am not the only one experiencing this lack of service!

Recommended by another local sheet metal shop stating that they were one of the only shops around that does radious work. Well, maybe they shouldnt. Delivery date missed and the quality of work for the ridiculous price they demanded for the finished product was a joke. I would not recommend this shop for any such work.

I’ve been using this company for my business for over 17 years and they do a great job and are consistent in the quality of their products and pricing . I look forward to many more years of working with them.

walked right in door and asked if they'd make some 16g sheet metal boxes for work.they took my measurements and exceeded my ideas. Great dudes and friendly to speak with when you are not a professional..
