I wish I could say that I’ve had a great experience leaving my car here. But between the over priced parking and their machines never working, it’s hard to want to use this garage for the convenience. My cards NEVER work in their machines and yes, I do insert it up and to the left, and 10 times out of 10 I have to call the operator, in which I give my information and no one ever reaches back out to me. Tonight, I go to leave and the machine completely ate my ticket, so, I backed out and went to one of the walk up kiosks. Cut my losses and just hit lost ticket, as I didn’t have the patience to deal with the rude customer service agents you get on the phone. Put in a crisp $20 bill, and guess what.. IT ATE THAT TOO and didn’t give me a receipt. Waited 15 minutes for an operator to answer the

Location is convenient, but the payment machines are awful. They still use the magnetic stripe readers, which is both incredibly insecure and I believe puts the liability for card data thefts on the garage owner if a skimmer steals info. The signs say have the stripe up and to the left, which I did only to be told it couldn't read my card. The main payment kiosk eventually just spit out my ticket making me think it was paid, only to find out it wasn't and I was asked to pay at the exit. I didn't angle my car properly for this and removing the card quickly enough took several attempts. They really should update these machines to accept chip and pin cards or, better yet, tap and pay options as it's faster and even more secure.

Nothing works. Elevators didn’t work, had to have attendants push button to dispense ticket to take gate for use at kiosk then upon leaving ticket didn’t register that was paid. Many spots reserved & unavailable. Parking on street or lots next door better option. Never again!!

One of the main elevators in the garage has been down for almost 4 months and they have no estimate on when it’s gonna be fixed. It sucks as a monthly payer to have garage that’s not fully functional for months

When you have a contract with an organization requiring all of their employees to park on the 5th level, it is generally considered good practice to at least let said employees know when Every. Single. Elevator. Is. Broken. Luckily my asthma merely makes it *unhealthy* for me to climb five flights of stairs in winter temperatures, not impossible - unlike, say, anyone using the numerous HANDICAP PARKING SPACES next to the BROKEN ELEVATORS (one of which, for the record, has been broken for over half a year and another of which has been down for weeks at least). I'm honestly shocked you haven't already been sued.
