Columbus Commons Underground Car Park

It was nice and convenient, but the machine to exit was malfunctioning. It would not accept the ticket to exit the lot, which backed everyone up. There were no workers to assist on Sunday, so my wife had to get out and back people up so I could back out and go to another lane. Not a fun experience, but eventually went to the lane in the right to exit.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! We parked 2 vehicles at 8:15p. When we tried to leave at 2:10a, the gates would not accept our ticket. The pay kiosk did not work, the lane would not take the ticket. The help button, refuses to let us out. "try another lane"... we tried 5 of the 7 lanes between the 2 vehicles. They said we had to pay the lost ticket fee, to hit that button ($24 vs the $8 it would actually be). I refused, explained I would break their gate arm before doing that. Finally Allied Security came over and had a hard time with the gates also. He just swiped his badge to let us out and said sorry about that and if the lot has an issue, maybe their equipment should work. Beware if you are using this garage and DO NOT pay the lost ticket fee!

Best place to park for a concert at the Commons. Relatively safe.. pay attention to where you park. Too a long time to start moving. Take your patience with you. Priced accordingly.

Adequate parking, however, not for vehicles exceeding 6' 6" within height. Also, the payment-kiosks are few and far-between.

One star. Disgusting and overpriced. I was only parked here for 30 minutes after mistakenly arriving at the wrong location to volunteer at a first aid bench—and still got charged $10. At 17 minutes in, the first attendant told me to return to my car and they would fix the ticket. On the way back, I had to walk past a pile of clothes covered in feces in the stairwell—absolutely disgusting. The second attendant I spoke to refused to validate my parking. Overall, a filthy and overpriced garage with unhelpful staff. Avoid if you can.
