Columbus Glass Block

From the very beginning to the very of the process the staff at Columbus Glass Block was great to work with. They returned my calls/texts/emails right away. From my first inquiry to installation took less than 3 weeks. And the window itself is extremely well-made. The topper is the installation though. Sean did fantastic work. Sharp corners in a basement of a 110 year old house isn't easy. It looks great. I can't recommend them enough.

Working with Columbus Glass Block has been a great experience. From the sales staff to the office staff and the installation technicians, they all have been wonderful. The windows where ready when the company said they would be and accommodated us when we added another window to our order at the last minute. This project all started because, after adding a room addition a few years ago, we no longer had a place to vent our dryer to the out side. I saw an ad that showed the company had a window with a dryer vent installed. In all they replaced 4 basement windows for us. The new windows look so much better and are more secure than the single pain windows that were replaced. I'm very glad I called them.

Great communication and follow ups all the way from beginning till after installation. Great installation and clean up job. On time for the job. Results are awesome as well. No damage to anything. Highly recommend. Price was great as well.

My experience with Columbus Glass Block was great throughout the entire process. Starting with the initial estimate, Ryan was great to work with and demonstrated an enthusiasm for the job and was willing to work with me on what I was envisioning. Communication was also excellent, as I was properly well-informed as to the arrival date and time of the installer, who actually arrived early and began work right away. The new glass block windows look fantastic and Sean did a great job working with the unconventional dimensions of my house’s window casings. However, one issue and concern that I discovered were the number of hairline cracks that formed within 24 hours of the windows being installed, notably on the west side of my house.
