I was unexpectedly locked in my bathroom late at night which was really scary, but the technician Ryan came to my apartment quickly and worked tirelessly to get me out. It was a complicated situation with an old lock, so it took awhile but he was very persistent. He even offered to clean up everything afterward and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

I searched online and found their location; it’s a car dealership. They didn’t know anything about a local locksmith in Columbus when I called them. They gave me an address on the east side of Columbus. About 30 minutes later, they called me back, saying that somebody left them a bad review and they demanded that I remove it. I explained to them that I didn’t know who the person who left the bad review was, but they refused to perform any services for my car. If you train a dog I think it would do a better job than them

Pricing was not consistent with quote and or general information requested. waited for multiple techs to reach out only one responded and had no knowledge of previous discussed conversations. Not happy, not professional and I had to offer to pay a fee for their inconvenience when they offered no alternative. Don’t call them when you’re locked out

We hired them to fix our door knob and they could not have done a worse job. Firstly, the way they handled billing was incredibly frustrating. We went with them because they were cheaper than the alternatives but they kept raising the price after they had already taken the door knob for repairs so we were already locked into paying them. They said it was because the door knob was old so they needed to send it away to someone who knew more about it. It's fine if you don't have the skills to handle a job, but tell us that at the start, don't tell us that you can do it for a certain amount of money and then end up charging us triple. They kept coming out to our house, trying to install it, would fail, and then charge us for the time as well as charging us for the next shop they'd send it out
