Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We had a great experience with Columbus RoofRestor & Home Care from beginning to end. They provided clear before-and-after photos and videos of our damaged roof, which really helped us understand the extent of the issue and the repairs needed. The estimate was detailed and clearly explained the work that would be done—no surprises. The crew did an excellent job repairing the roof. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience using Columbus RoofRestor! Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable and professional. We had scheduled a gutter and drain cleaning- which went smooth. When doing so he also noticed two roof panels that had become displaced which we are getting fixed tomorrow. The final touch was receiving high quality photos of the work that had been completed showcasing the open drains and eaves as well the two displaced panels. Overall I would highly recommend! Justin and a helper came out to treat our roof for moss growth. They also cleared our gutters and downspouts. We live in the woods, so this was a big job! They did a fantastic job -the price was extremely reasonable, they blew leaves away from the house when they finished, and Jason is going to come back to make sure all the moss Is gone in 4 weeks (and to spot treat if he needs to). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and it was money well spent! I highly recommend this company!!!

Justin was able to give our porch a great facelift by removing these green stains. The rest of the house received a great clean as well and we were very pleased with the attention to detail.
