We have used Columbus Seamless for window replacement services in two different homes since moving to the greater Columbus area in 2023. Steve is easy going and very knowledgeable about the products he offers and the issues that might come up during the replacement process. He consistently communicated and kept us updated during the entire time from ordering - updates on the delivery timeline - and then scheduling and ETA when his team would be at our home and the expected duration of the job... The entire installation team was courteous and professional and left our yard spotless when the job was finished. The care and attention to the important details of fit and finish felt to us like they were working on their own home - and they took real pride in the quality of their workmanship

Steve and his team did a wonderful job in repairing and replacing windows, a door, and restoring my chimney back to its original condition. Matter of fact, the chimney restoration looks better than when I purchased my home. I am very pleased with the work done by Columbus Seamless, Inc. and will them out again for future projects. They did a great job!

We hired Columbus Seamless to install new windows in 2020 and recently noticed a defect with the exterior trim on one of the windows. The owner came out, fixed the issue and noticed the window next to it potentially having the same problem so he went ahead and took care of both! We are pleased with the customer service, quality, and professionalism provided by Columbus Seamless and would recommend them to anyone.

A great experience. Windows arrived as was expected. Steve and his crew were on time as scheduled. Installation and trim work went smoothly. The entire crew was courteous, professional, polite and responded to the questions my wife and I came up with. They all worked non-stop. They were kind enough to haul off the old windows, storm windows and old awnings and left my house and yard looking better than when they started. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows. They'll probably be back after the first of the year for more work.
