I used Home Depot’s contractor network for this referral to CWA. I was very happy with the sales consultant Jeff. He came onsite quickly and provided me with three options. The pricing for a new furnace (install and all in costs) was better than I expected. Cameron and Bryan showed up the next day and completed the installation within 4 hrs. They did a fantastic job/ high quality job. Well done CWA.

The technicians arrived on time, demonstrated excellent expertise, and ensured the work area was left clean. I called on Saturday morning as an emergency no heat issue. CWA was able to get a repair technician out in a reasonable time that day. After discussing the proven issues with the 20 year old original HVAC system, we decided to replace the old system with a new energy efficient Rheem HVAC system from CWA. On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help. I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently.
