Doug and his team responded well to me in a time of need. They helped me install piping to a machine for me and it only took them a day to do it! Very high quality work, I recommend everyone use Colville for any of their plumbing needs!

Called about installing an irrigation valve. Was told they would go out the next day and call me with the estimate. No call. Called back 3 more times in the following week. No information. Waste of time. AVOID THEM. In this case the city was a better option. They gave me an immediate estimate for the cost.

Wouldn’t return texts or calls. Made pile of old materials in my yard that was never picked up. Could care less about customer service. Even tried to use him on 2 other jobs after that and same thing. Too busy for the regular customer. Would NOT recommend
