She took the time to walk through our building, listen to all of our expectations and specific needs, and made sure we felt confident about the change. She then sent Brooke to clean our Home Instead office, and WOW—we were all blown away! The attention to detail, professionalism, and care she brought to the job exceeded every expectation.
