My old HVAC system went out on me last week. I called Comfort Air on Sunday and set up an appointment for a estimate on Monday morning at 8am. Dylan was the representative that came out and looked things over and explained different options that I would be happy with. He answered all my questions and explained things to I would know exactly what I would be getting. They were able to come the next day to install my new system. I chose the inverter style system because in the long run I will save on my electric bill and those savings will help with the cost of my new system. My hot water heater was already 21 years old, even though it was working ok, I knew that at anytime it would go out, so I had them to replaced it at the same time which was convenient for me. The folks at Comfort Air made this experience, from start to finish, amazingly easy. Honest and upfront consultation to establish what I needed and, more importantly, what I didn’t. Even though it was Thanksgiving week, I had my initial consult on Monday and the new system was completely installed on Friday. The install team was phenomenal.
