Larry was our tech and he was professional and dedicated to customer care and satisfaction. During his initial visit he took time to gather all the details for the job to ensure he was the right person for the job. The resulting estimate was very reasonable. After the generator installation was complete, he went the extra mile and returned to give us a tutorial for operating it. I have already recommended Comfort control to my neighbor who has a similar project to complete.

My first contact with Comfort Control was with their intake desk. The woman I spoke with was so nice and was able to arrange an appointment the next day. My technician was David and he was great. He was prompt and courteous. He went straight work on a gas log fireplace, cleaned it and repaired it on the first visit. How lucky for us that we reached out to Comfort Control. I'll continue to recommend David and his company for excellent service.

Larry came right out when I called and got our gas fireplace serviced and added a blower for us We are very happy with his service and will recommend him to others as well as use him in the future for other needs

We recently had some electrical problems after using another company. We called Comfort Control, and Larry, a master electrician, came early the next morning. He inspected the situation and he and his assistant, David, fixed several problems. Locally owned company and we highly recommend.

This company spent an hour at our home and replaced our condensate pump. They charged us $415! These pumps run $45 - $60 at Home Depot and take 5 minutes to install so you do the math. Unfortunately I wasn't home to stop the scam and we are now out a lot of money. I called the tech who did the work and asked him if that was a fair price and he wouldn't answer. I called their office and asked the receptionist if that was a fair price and she wouldn't answer. I finally talked to the owner and asked him the same question, and he wouldn't answer. I offered to pay their original service fee of $99 if they would just take their pump back but they wouldn't help us out. Never again with this company.
